ISG’s UK Operations Cease as Company Entered Into Administration - From TTA The operations of the UK’s sixth largest contractor ISG, with a £2.2 billion turnover, have ceased after the company applied to enter administration late afternoon on Thursday 19th September 2024. The impact will be felt by almost 2,500 employees and throughout the supply chain. Construction Output is Estimated to Have Grown By 1.2% in 3 Months - From TTA The Office for National Statistics published estimates of construction output for July 2024 on 11th September. Monthly construction output is estimated to have decreased 0.4% in volume terms in July 2024; this follows an increase of 0.5% in June 2024. The decrease in monthly output came from falls in both new work (0.2%) and repair and maintenance (0.7%).
