Wall behind pipe was plastered, cracked up anually thanks to heat from pipe and got sick of plastering & painting it every year. Tiles left over from 2 jobs, same slate, different sizes, 15 x 15's & 30 x 60's. Lim & fug donated by boss (he just doesn't know it - only kidding, he's cool) and I was let off a months rent, happy days.
