@AD Ceramics Thanks. It was for a designer I do work for, in his studio showroom. It was only there for a few years, the owners kept putting the rent up so he moved and they ripped it all out to get the unit ready for next tenants. Gutted.
 
Not exactly sure but their was this area, a small toilet, office floor with steps to it and a couple of curved walls.
With his discount, I vaguely remember a figure of around 30k ish.
 
@AD Ceramics I know, I tiled it for mate's rates and was sick to the stomach when I found out. He did contemplate dismantling it but it wasn't possible so he just had to walk away. You can bet whoever ripped it out didn't have a clue how much they were destroying.
