Alright son!? What's with the brown calcium deposit on the large tile at the front right? How come you didn't fill the voids or am I going blind?

It was a job for a mate, only had these tiles left so couldn't wiggle it trust me! Decided to leave it "rustic". Fill the voids.....whatcha mean? Would you normally rub over whole surface with grout?
