LEE MAC The works carried out here involved 300 metres of 600 x 600 x 10mm porcelain. The substrate was of mixed materials in a building that had been added to and changed many times over the years so there was no uniformity to the areas of different substrates. The job was specified by Botament and involved their D11 and D15 primers, M50 levelling compound, DE uncoupling membrane, M24 adhesive,M32 grout and SF 300 Silicon for the expansion joints. The job could only be done in the evenings and took about two months. Mapei renovation screed and Eco prime T was also used in certain areas. The stage area was completed using Amtico. There was a toilet block refit also.
