Finished over new screed murray screed was built up in layers until we could tile across to meet sections which had dipped etc.
DM Floor screed replaced the floor had been wrecked by builders using acrows to lift up the basement ceiling, floor joists had twisted and dry & wet rot had caused collapse in a few places. a lot of the work done as usual is invisible .

DM tiles being cleaned 1 showing size of some of the tiles before chopping off the mortar some strikes missed it bloody hurts then especially after doing this cleaning for approx a fortnight.

Unbelieveable...that is amazing work mate.

tahanks it was a long haul job, took the clients 9 years to decide to have it done and the floor got worse with each passing year,until it was nearly all loose.
