That Liz is a piece of 40mm pipe that has the wires for the underfloor heating and the live feeds, the house belongs to my friend and he had a dog at the time, (sadly now gone) that would have chewed it. we had to keep the wires out of the way.

top work mate, how did you stick the heating wires downm mine always seem to stick up . was that a glue gun ,cheers Neil

Hi Neil, Nice words mate, thanks, yes it a glue gun, I can stick them down in seconds with it. Its on a 6 mtr cable so will reach anyway.

Cheers Jamie, to be honest I would rather use cables than mats, more precise and neat plus I can charge a nice price to fit them.
