The grout keeps coming out on my new shower floor and it is discolouring on the built in seat the grout (the photo below doesn't show the discolouring as it was taken when it was newly finished but the grout on top of the seat has turned an orangey colour). The grout on the shower floor has been re-done 4/5 times by the original fitter but it still comes out. Good quality sealed porcelain tiles have been used and around each 300mm x 300mm tile there is a single row of glass mosaic tiles - see attached photos.
It's a very small space I'm able to stand and I have had a shower built in. I have to stand practically on the joins but I've researched this on the internet and can see lots of very small shower cubicles where you would have to stand on the joins also. The grout also states it has a component in it that helps with `flexibility'. So, I can't see this being the problem.
Any advice would be most welcome in how to rectify this problem.
