Bri, i think CTD had a good deal on these recently. Not sure if its still on though. Used ones similar out of TG/Topps?, made by British Ceramics.

The tile are British ceramic Henley bst13105. The adhesive is grey flexy top tiles. Unfortunately I don't have a picture at the moment. It looks slightly darker, they are a satin white pressed tile. Hope this helps.
