    I've started using xero accounting. what I like about it is you can put different jobs under the 'projects' title, every little thing that we sometimes chuck in gets billed and itemised... its amazing how much we do for nothing you can even see which jobs are more profitable... i.e floors v's...

    if you look on the rear of the tile there should be an arrow. keep these all in the same direction. It sometimes helps if the tiles have a variation as they tend to be bigger or smaller on the same sides if you know what I mean. hope this helps... oh and 3mm if you can.

    Laitance removal - underfloor heating screed

    I use a handheld concrete grinder, does the job in seconds ( with a vacuum attachment) a belt sander may work. I use tilemaster primer, its never let me down. oh and use a compatible adhesive for laying the tiles. Tilemaster do a product called Anhyfix especially for anhydrite floors.

    Did a very similar job Lee, I decoupled throughout and used expansion joints on thresholds where it changed from room to room with the underfloor heating. Belt and braces I know but I can sleep at night haha Chris
