    Tiles not aligning......

As long as all the batches are the same calibre C2 you should be fine. They are a subsidiary of Pamesa so usually decent unless it is a seconds batch. Try tiling to a straight edge instead of spacers and adjust accordingly as you go?

Tiles coming off easy and net set.

Not a case of 'best' tubbed addy to use here. Due to the nature of the product it will take an age to dry if used over tanking. Why not use a standard set bagged adhesive. Tub life of 2 hours type thing? Will mean a bit of mixing but I honestly wouldn't advise a tub to use in this situation.

    Tiling trends and fashions

Metallic is popular but will date. For people wanting something timeless they seem to be going back to Cream/Beige/Taupe from what we are seeing at the moment. Or a lot of cream chiseled edge Marble! Hopefully the plank/grey combination will be more timeless than the dreaded Metro (especially...

    Porcelain or ceramic for wetroom?

Porcelain will probably give you your best choice in a floor and wall combination (possibly with a matching mosaic over the former if you want the extra grip). Ceramics perfectly fine for walls it mainly depends what "look" you are hoping to achieve. Personally I would have a little browse of...

Dorset Wooliscroft from Original Style look fairly similar from the pic their Tetra Pattern on white or stone is the closest. If you go to their website you can search for"stockists" in your area, most of us "stockists" don't hold stock just samples and there can be a fairly hefty carriage charge...

    Tiling in hot weather

Had a conversation with an adhesive company years ago about tiling in Barbados, their solution was to store the adhesive and the water in a walk in fridge thereby slowing the chemical reaction and making it easier to work with! How much longer are you out there @Ozzy?

Applying primer - advice please :-)

As it is only a patching job and its a rental (your landlord may actually be liable depending what caused the damage!) I would say a fix and grout will do the job (yes please don't shoot me but it is only a little patch job!). To stop it skinning over try a layer of cling film as soon as you...
