    Got the last few wetrooms finished of today 11 out of 11 wetrooms ticked off the list a full Kerakoll system primer, adhesive , tanking, matting and epoxy grout will be back there shortly once it’s second fixed to fit the skirting tiles and splashbacks

    I’d live with the slivers and match the joints up I normally put the floor in first I’m on a job at the moment put the floors down in a few rooms while I waited for the wall tiles to turn up and the day I started tiling the walls all the tiles are about 12mm bigger :confused: looks rubbish not...

    Thats what I reckon pipe work in between the joists all sitting on top of insulation I looked at a big floor the other day and it was the same they are having wooden flooring instead of tiles now as I advised

    You could try rip up the matting it should pull up with a bit of effort and a floor scraper and then get a floor grinder for the adhesive and a good dust extractor

    I’ve never siliconed brick slips before I don’t grout them either I get a bricklayer to point them instead I think it looks better than grout personally

    Just spread the wall with adhesive will take a long time spreading the backs of each brick slip and some brick slips can be a bit dusty/sandy quick wipe with a damp sponge Happy days get them on the wall

    Take it all off and get a tiler to do it properly without dog and dabbing tiles and the walls need priming

    1200 tiles. FFS. Cutting advice

    You need to try a montolit out I’ve got 5 of them just bought a 1250 all of them break pretty much every tile I put under them done a patio in the summer with 20mm porcelain and it snapped but I got scared I’d break my cutter :tearsofjoy:
