This is for my own house. I need around 3 - 4m2. Does any one know any web sites that are cheap, or national tile shops that do a cheapish range?

I think you will pay around £40 sqm at any tile shop mate

I always think that you get what you pay for. If you purchase cheap stone you will get cheap stone. I would look for a good quality tile and then use my status as a pro tiler to negotiate to a price that I think is fair.

i would buy 400x400 and cut them down yourself , i know it takes time but its worth it.
try supplies that are discounting a range and are selling them off , you will find it will save you money with the tiles, but the labour time doesnt matter as its for you,
