Looking for experienced tiler to complete 110-115sqm flooring project.
Site is in Goring by Sea, BN12
All ground floor
60% new build extension (screed and underfloor heating base)
40% existing house (boards are sound but will need matting)
Same tile throughout, tiles have been selected and will be supplied free fix.
Amounts needed subject to your site visit and measurements.
Pic attached of floor plan.
Bespoke grout colour has been chosen, materials can be sourced however you want to work it.
We will want to see pics of completed works and a site visit will be necessary.
Install period is looking to be end March/beginning of April.
