12m2 Ceramic bathroom

[Ultimate Tiling]

Anybody give me a rough idea on a 12m2 Full Bathroom tiling quote, this will be in 25x20 ceramics with a border, and me to supply all matts, substraight is plaster with just 1 layer of old tiles to remove above sink and bath.
It is a tiny bathroom with loads of cuts!
