Hi all Not posted for a while been a little busy so

Going to look at a job tonight and the guy on the phone told me that the floor consists of 1 part concrete and the other part is timber .

My question is by over boarding the timber floor this will mean i need to raise the concrete floor and i was wondering is it possible to over board the concrete aswell obviousley leaving movemnt joint where the 2 subs meet then tile over or would it be worth putting ditra over the top as well providng both floors are flat?
