2 different substrates and uneven , UFH

Hi, have this to over board and fit UFH and tile with Porcelain. Chipboard is around 10mm lower than floor boards! (extension) Bath is already installed. What's the best method for getting over this? :yikes: :smilewinkgrin:

Hardie or Marmox (glued and screwed) then slc to level out the chip board area? You'll have to tape the joins and tape edges etc prior to slc
