I've picked up a job today the customer has bought the marble from porcelanosa having bin told it can take a 1mm joint I usually use mapei ultra colour plus grouts but it has a restriction of 2 mm minimum joint do any of u have a recommendation for a grout for 1mm joints ?

Try Porcelanosa's Butech grout.

I've just done some research and weber and bal micromax2 are rated for 1mm joints

I would use micromax 2 but would be concerned with a 1mm join in marble.
Porcelanosa butech grout is made for Porcelanosa through Mapei..

I've just discovered it's resin and mesh backed also so I'm considering walking away from it depending on what information comes back from porcelanosa on suitable adhesive
