It retails for between £20-25 a bag but I'll take £60 for the lot. It has a shelf life of 6 months and the DOM is 22/8/12. Its left over from a job I did recently and it's the first time I've ever used it. It does exactly what it says on the tin and 45 mins after laying it in a room I was fitting on it! I'm 10 mins from J16 on the M6. They are 16kg bags.
