85mm grinder blade

I seen a while ago motolit do an 85mm blade ?

Does anyone use one ?

I think I am quite handy with my 115 blade so can manage without it for sockets etc

I haven't come across a cut that I couldn't do with a 115mm, the 85mm are supposed to be for sockets mainly, seems daft to have a blade just for sockets. I sort of see what they are trying to do by having them on the market but, they aren't necessary really.

Sometimes they do the odd one in a bathroom, for electric shavers or something. I don't know if they are above work tops or not, I don't like kitchen splashbacks :lol:

last time I did a splashback they swapped and changed so much and added mosaic and changed the trim...it cost as much as a 18m2 floor !!! It did my head in.

Yes I have 2 80mm wheels and they have there uses but then I do have 5 grinders!!!!
