got to price a monster floor with these bad boys ...ive laid boat loads of 600x600 but never 9x9 how difficult are they to lay on your own theyre anti slip top so me vacum pump wont work on these ..i work on me own so might have to back out of this job

this is all about how good the prep is and how flat the tile is good prep and a flat tile should be no problem
the tile is a nearly two thirds bigger so price at no less than 30% more than 600x600 should pay for the help you will need

You just want to comb the floor, back-skim the tile and drop. You really don't want to be lifting then adjusting.

Can relate to that Kev,

I have terrible back ache at the end of each day if I'm working with large format tile on big floor areas......need to get out of it really before my back goes on me!.....I get shooting pains some days after work.......but where do you go when all you have on your c.v is 18 yrs tiling !....oh man I'll just have to crack until I can claim disability!

your a real tiler if you can't work though the pain barrier.

Not wanting to sound like Mr body beautiful here (coz I'm not) but if you look after your core and abdominal muscles, it really helps with taking the strain off the lower back. I still have a good six pack, it's just well insulated these days!
