Indeed. This forum is excellent.
Quite a few years back i ran a few forums in my geeky gaming days. You see the members joining daily and how popular this forum is and that can only be down to the background people, dan, the mods and other admins. Undisputed congrats to you all for a job very well done.

it must be a very difficult job running this place. you have to have a certain type of character. you can't keep everybody happy all of the time but dave has helped more people than anybody i know and the work, time and effort he's put into this place between 2007-2012 has made sure this forum has lead the way and the rest have just followed ;0)

I think you did a brilliant job Dave and are one of the biggest reasons that this forum became so popular , always great advice and kept the forum fun and dealt with the problems in a fair way i,I will always have the utmost respect for Dave and wish him all the best in the future

I will be the first to say that there have been times in the past where me and Dave haven't seen eye to eye on certain things. But I have the utmost respect for Dave, because he tells it how he sees it, cuts out the crap, and is straight talking. His work is pretty great to...and I don't say that to often. Dave I'd be the first one to buy you a drink, and I count you as a mate.
