I recieved a request to publicly thank Doug for his appreciated work and advice he gives....what a nice comment i thought...

So here it is.


hi, as you no im new to this, and every thread i have posted , there has been a member that has replied and helped me . Even took the time to help me change my avatar. his name is Doug, and i was wondering if he could get some award or mention of some sort, as a way me thanking him.

i have thanked him personally but would like the forum to know how helpful he is. hope im not boring you with my long pm lol.

i hope you can help, he deserves it for being a great forum member

Ahhh,

He's taken a LOT of time to think and write about this too. I got this, and this is sort of to you all. I didn't post about it, as actually, I get them at least a couple of times a week and generally thank them on behalf of the whole forum.

ive just started up on my own after labouring for a tile while learning the trade at collage, but reading some of your forums, tiling aint just about putting a tile on the wall like i taught. the problems people face and share are making me feel i have years of experience already.
