Adhesive classification

Ok, here's one for ya... I was recently looking at the specs for ultra adhesives trying to figure out the classifications between the s1 and another and noticed that the white adhesive was considerably stronger than the grey? The grey being 1.9 n/mm and the white 3.1 n/mm.
Anybody explain?
