Adhesive for 200x500 wall tile

Morning all first post.
Im About to tile my kitchen walls and having finally ordered my tiles, after the wife changed her mind 4 times (pregnant:smilewinkgrin.
the tiles are dolomite brown 200x500x8? Tilegiant. What adhesive would you recommend, all walls are skimmed no plasterboard.
Originally had mapestik as tiles were going to be 100x200. Shop said it would be ok for the dolomite but I'm not risking it. Am I right not to.

Two walls above worktop 470-500mm high one wall 2.5m the other 2 with window. its about 4sqm in total.

your tiles are to big for bucket adhesive, and plaster only holds 20kg a sq mtr weight wise not sure what your tiles will be, if you have the tile sitting on the work top and its not going to fall on anyone's head if it falls off. you should be using a cement based adhesive

Dont use a tubbed adhesive. Get yourself a good quality standard setting, cement based (powder) adhesive and make sure that you prime the walls first

Thanks for the replys. Have collected the tiles today and picked up a bag of keraflex maxi. Never mixed my own before, if mixing small quantities how would you go about it. I have mixing gear for larger amount or is it the same approach.
