Adhesive for my bathroom

Hi guys and girls, I am tiling my bathroom and have a query on which adhesive to use? My locAl tile shop mainly stocks BAL. I was thinking on the lines of White star for the Walls and single part flex for floor? In bathroom I will be tiling porcelain and I'm having a power shower. Can some one offer so advice and/or recommend what products to use?

Ps - the Walls are just plastered and floors are plywood on chipboard

hi , yes for the walls your be fine with the white star , and the 1part flex on the floor ,but make sure you seal the board first . and i dont think it hurts to seal the walls aswell , ask the shop when buying everything , for a sealer thats up to the job :welcome:

:welcomeont use tubbed adhesive with porcelaine, get a spf

Why can't u use tub adhesive bud? What kind of sealer/primer would u use?

You need a spf for porcelaine, plus if ties are bigger than 250mm x250mm, the adhesive will not set or ages, you can use a acrylic primer, ie mapei g.

sorry yes ,only use the part1 flex , don t use the tud add on the walls , sbr is ok to use as a sealer
