Should come off quite easily. Tile adhesive and grout in one, is poor for either an adhesive or a grout. You should be able to wet it (perhaps try to soak it a bit with a wet towel or something if it's in an area possible to do so - maybe even lean a mop up against it that's wet?) and then just wipe it off. It'll break back down to a paste if it's been wet long enough. Hence it being no good for most types of tiling.
