Hello everyone.

I have a customer who wants me to fix ceramic tiles (100cm x 33cm) on big splash back wall. The only problem i have its to tile around cooker extractor(it is no possible to remove it). Please see the pictures. Any ideas?

A common problem this, the hood being fitted before the tiles.
If you can remove it it would look so much neater, and save you heaps of work.
I've not seen this type of hood before, so i'm unsure how it connects to the extractor pipe in the wall, at least it's not been cut into a pelmet or any joinery.
There will be the odd gap between the tile and the glass if the the hood goes onto the tile, but i still think it would be much neater than trying to cut around it.

Same as above.
If they're 30x10cm, you should be able to get 4 full tiles, maybe 5, then a nice chrome trim finish.
Easy as peas

100cm x 33cm large format Martyn, 2 tiles high would be 66cm, probably short of the extractor by 15 to 20cm and they definitely have to be finished with a full tile not a cut.
