just a thought...sometimes when we are explaining to customers whats required..maybe we are forcing the issue and they dont like it...i know we are advising them on the proper procedure but as said some people just want the job done as cheap as possible.Keraldine hit the nail on the head ..give them a leaflet or some form of explanitory leaflet ,so they have a better understanding of what is required.

Maybe a idea to type up some do's and don't on prep,what can be tiled onto what can't and leave with the customer if their still hymning and hoeing
