advice needed

Morning All.

I need an advice. I am doing 30sq.m floor. I am having to move around appliances(dishwasher, wash machine, big cooker, three fridge-frezzers.
Would you charge more for doing this? i did not agree this with customer. They did not prepare room for me and i spent good time to shift all this around

When you saw the job at quoting, did you discuss the moving of these items??
if not, then I'd raise it with them now and see if they will move them, or at least assist you.

There's no point me saying get them to move them, if they're a retired couple of say 75yrs old - they might struggle!

As for charging, thats your call.

You should have known this when pricing but you live and you learn. Take it on the chin and do a good job!!!

Should have been arranged by you and the customer that the floor area would be clear for you to start imo, so sorry, but as has been said, take it on the chin.

I would move them myself and consider it part of the job.
