Advice on pricing...

Ello folks,
I've not been on here for ages, coz I'm really a plumber, but I do a lot of tiling too.
Been asked to quote a tiling job and was wondering on ballpark prices for a square metre...
Apparently there are 70 square metres to do in total. Some of it is on a concrete kitchen floor and hallway, the rest is a couple of en-suites which are on floorboards. The en suites are to have electric heating mats installed as well.
Any ideas on pricing it, before I go and have a look?

Unfortunately Kev as the guy is not designated as a "Pro" tiler, he can't post nor view in the pricing forum.
