I'd agree with jay there too. I think they're doing a halve job of fixing that issue there. Clearly the plywood ins't up to the job.

Rip out for me too..... I've seen this before and I'm amazed they didn't see it before they started and another reason why I insist on doing my own prep work.

To be fair to them they did say it was a stupid mistake. My guess is they tried to repair it but may well have come to the conclusion it needed replacing

I'll vouch for Jim here on this one. He is a squared-away fellow, and I think his point here is that all of us can blow it sometimes when it comes to our work. He just missed this one somehow.

Jim is super liberal, and I am extremely libertarian, and yet we still get along well.:lol: It might be because we both have great taste in music and beer. :8:
