recently done a kitchen(granite floor and faux mosaic walls) and 2 bathroom floors both travertine,customer wanted me to lay the floor with unibond tubbed addy as b@q said it's the correct stuff:yikes: after lots of huffing and puffing finally got her to get the mapei gear from b&q because her freind worked there and got huge dicounts for her,still came back with grey grout because again she was told thats what to use in floors(black polished granite:mad2:) which they sold her. the grout is still in the back of the van after i went myself and bought black:incazzato:

customers aaaaarrrrgghhhhh!!
