Been to a lovely customers this morning who has contacted me through the forum after posting about water coming back up through the grout on a wetroom floor.
These are close-ups of the floor. It has been re-grouted but when you study the pics clearly it needs removing.
We are considering either:-
1. Removing tiles, and if we can get tiles the same tiles replace (fixing correctly). The problem being whether it will damage the tray/tanking, and that's even if there is any tanking. Alternatively, if no damage is done, then get a tile suitable for the shower area i.e. mosaic that would compliment the existing tiles.
2. Removing tiles and tray, replacing with a stone resin shower tray. This would involve taking the bottom course of tiles off and then they would need to be replaced
These are the tiles and sizes if anybody recognises them:-
Rectified porcelain 295x295mm Ceramic 400x250mm slightly off white
Cheers
