Hi all, has anyone had problems with granfix or norcross tile adhesives gray or white rapid set.

norcross grey rapid set imo is terrible goes off way too quickly

I used Granfix years ago, its full of sand. I tried a Norcros PTB once and it was hopeless, despite being mixed per the instructions the ribs slumped as soon as I'd trowelled it out.
