Aquapanel adhesive options

Hi all,

I need to space the wall against our bath out by ~12mm to create a clear drain route for the shower (note no more than 12mm), was thinking about using aquapanel, but don't have space to put in stud work behind on one wall. Has anybody used it with 'no-nails' type product or used the aqua panel screws with rawplugs?.

Thoughts appreciated.

I would dry line it then tank, dabs of adhesive can be varied

solid wall...

and at the other end i'm going to have to create a stud wall to box out by ~80mm, on which I'll have to mount an electric shower.

Was thinking WBP with tanking in places most exposed (have got half a kit left over from shower in last house!).

Footnote, the house may well be knocked down in 2yrs time, so am looking to spend as little as possible....

Don't think I would be spending a lot on it either in that case!

id used the same as BEAM but instead of Dabs i would combe it and starting from the center of the panel press hard and work out would to the edges to expel any air pockets for a solid bed

OK - cheers guys, don't have an issue using PB to space but I will end up with an exposed raw edge at the top (tiles and board won't go to ceiling) - any tips for sealing this?
