This can only be a good thing. Risk Assesssment is a very serious issue. I assess the risk and then I usually take it.

Never wear hi vis, specs or dustmasks, but do wear boots after dropping a box of 600x300 porcelain on me toes and blacking all my toes and nails....... OUCH ********OUCH!!!!!!

Saw a Hungry Horse pub going up the other month and the roofer was on the roof with no helmet, no high vis, and it was raining a little, and he was walking on the wooden slats.

I guess the only things to fall on him would be from a plane, but still, seems daft.

Not a bad thing over all IMO. Though it can get silly on site so I guess it'll just get sillier.

Sparky's reporting they've had to wear harness to climb a ladder just 6 ft high!
