Asbestos floor tiles or not?

Hi, came across these tiles while on a job and not sure if there asbestos or not? The house was built in 1930. the customer wants the floor tiled but need to know how to get rid of them if they are asbestos.

I Don't want to remove them or even touch them if possible . Just to be on the safe side

Looks like some serious decorating is in order as well...
