Just a little advice to anyone just starting out, I don't mean to sound patronising so if you already now this then just ignore.

Don't be fooled by the current weather conditions, it is wet but still very warm and humid, so when mixing your cement adhesives and grout's, mix less than you would have over the winter as it's pot life will be halved in the heat, and once it's started going off it's gotta be binned.
