Can someone advise me, do i lay them first without grouting, then remove wax then seal them, then grout, or do i have to remove wax from the tiles individually before they have even been laid, then seal? Just want to get it right, please advise whats the correct way, as you would see in a tile laying for dummies book!!

Thanks to all kind enough to reply.

P.S. WHATS THE BEST WAX REMOVER AND SEALER

Yes to the highlighted area and seal again and use this product to remove the wax LTP Online | Product Basket

This tile seems to be doing the rounds - something to do with the price tag. Just finished another big floor of it this week and the wax is a pain in the backside.
Fix the tiles first, but remove the wax and seal the tiles before you grout. First time I used the tile I tried the B&Q recommended QEP products - don't waste your time. Ever since I've been using LTP power stripper with a white emulsifying pad to remove and MPG to seal the porcelain prior to grouting.
Hope you've got a good supply of elbow grease as well
