BAL grout discoloured

We recently had our bathroom done and used BAL grout in 'Ivory'. It's a disaster! The grout has discoloured in so many areas. Our bathroom fitter rang BAL and they recommended using Aqua Mix Grout Colorant but couldn't tell us what colour would be most suitable and where to get it. We are in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. I have seen it sold online but wouldn't have a clue what colour to get. Any help would be much appreciated!

Yes, thanks, but it's so hard to tell on the computer which would be closest to BAL's 'Ivory'.

I think buff would be the closest but seeing as Tradetiler are out of stock you may have to get it elsewhere, I know Ebay has a seller . Be quick because Aquamix has been withdrawn from the European market.

Out of interest, what adhesive type was used..?
