Just looking for some advice regarding a balconey i'm quoting for. I've never tiled a balconey before, its only small, 4m2 in total. I need to level the floor of the balconey first because its really uneven, i was wondering if there is any special slc i should use? or what is the best one in your opinion because i'm not the best when it comes to self levelling compounds. Do i need to use any special addy or just something like BAL rapid flexi? What is the best sealer to use? Cheers.

depends on how much you pay for self leveller,and how uneven it is,would charge a day rate + matts for something like that,lithofin is the best sealer but a bit pricey for a customer to pick up the tab on such a small job so would use something like fila at £25 a bottle

its uneven, its really bad i'd say. Which slc would you use because it may have to be deep in places?
