I know I should wear barrier cream, but I never have. My hands are like leather in places, but as long as Julie (my lovely wife) does not complain I will carry on the way I always have, not very HSE correct I know, but I am a tiler.

I hope you are using a diamond blade it would be difficult to cut your self it will only burn you if you press to hard

Tbh barrier cream is more to protect your hands from chemicals. If you want to keep them supple try a good moisturising cream twice a day.
