I got to:
replace bath and panel, sink with taps and loo
remove old grout and put new about 10 sq m (tile 25x25)
painting (standard bath size about 6 sq m)
some silicones

Maybe instead removing old grout i use fuga freska becouse customer wants only to refresh it .
i think it takes me about 4 - 5 days
I would say about 500 pounds.
How do you think?
