Must admit most manual cutter are beginning to look pretty much similar

I've never owned a pull scribe, not sure i would like it. I would give one a go though.

Yeah found them mentioned in one of these threads. Other two discussing older manual cutters.

I tried one of the sigma ones, couldn't get the hang it....

Don't think I'd like it, it seems counter intuitive to me.

I'll have a look at them then. Sigma for me really but i'm always willing to give something else a go. I need a new 600 cutter. I wouldn't mind giving the Kauffman a go as well.

Im looking to get a new 700 or 900 porcelain cutter ,so much choice ,rubi ,sigma,kaufmann and battipav ,what do the tilers think ,ive always just stuck to rubi ,

On the video the sigma doesnt look robust ,you use them so you know ,are they solid pieces of kit

There rock solid mate and a lot lighter than the red ones...I also have a 1200 plus 3 others including the 900.

I'm kinda in the market for a large format cutter, I know where I can get my hands on both the Rubi and Sigma, so with a bit of luck I can try all three!

Not all companys cutters go up to 1200 though...

Saves a lot of time if you can snap tiles that size,very rarely fit tiles that size
