They don't do half a pint of cider once in a blue moon :lol: I think I'm ok.. so that would be 1.2 units a week ago or so... that means an 8 minute run and has the calorific equivalent of 0.4 burgersn apparently - I don't do either of those either, so I am obviously on the fringes of society.. :lol:

Didn't have a drink last night, but I'm gonna have a bottle of Gentleman Jack tonight while watching Manu win and then playing poker till silly o'clock. Don't really pay attention to things like this and I stay fit and healthy enough to eat and drink what I want.
