Company asking if I'd like to step up and become a QS.

Im tempted to the promise of working at home occasionally would be a good benefit.

I'll be signing off on work for guys I've worked with and trained me up. And be that link which our company needs from lads to office which I can handle.

But what terms should I be looking at getting for the additional responsibility. Pay, holiday ect...

Just interested in seeing how others are rewarded.
