The other day I was asked to quote to install some 20mm thick moroccan cement tiles........first one in years.............and low and behold if I dont get the chance again today for a completly different customer!!!!!!!!

there either really fashonable at the mo' or they are like buses..........either way..........what do you think of these?

I bet they are £300 sq/m or something equally silly.

In the right setting they look superb, in the wrong setting it looks like a patchwork quilt.

2 pattern sets there mixed up as well.. as in set of 4 tiles.

They look a bit too new and regular to be genuine Moroccan tiles. Better suited to a house in Morocco imo.

ATS.....They are expensive.......very expensive!!!!!......

CR...they are made by hand in Morocco.......but even the morrocans have moved on since the "hand Trown" manafacturing of tiles!.........

Dave......you are absolutly right.....they are supplied in 64 tile packs.....4 tiles of each design.......but are intended to be laid in no perticular fashion.......


Personally I really want the job.........afterall.... its not everyday you fix this kind of stuff!!!........and the "client" is a really lovly bloke...........

its 21m2 Pete......and the floor at the mo is T&G Chipboard............I have got my work cut out if the client accecpts the estimate!!!
