Best budget tile cutter?

I am after a manual tile cutter for 9mm thick ceramic tiles. I don't want to spend too much but on the other hand i want decent cuts! Can this be achieved??? lol

but on track......what size tiles are they?..........if they are 300mm ish the pocket 50 from RUBI will do the job well.......unless you are tiling on a diamond pattern......ooooohhhh this could grow and grow....

what is it you want to do robbie?....and with what size tile?

Yeah ruby cutter will be best for ceramic tiles. Also they are available at low price then the others.
