Hi there
installed a vertical 3 mixer shower valve but it only had fixings to secure at the bottom and not at the top so it constantly leaned forward at the top. I thought I had secured it and got it spirit level straight enough but after tiling the area I have come to install the plate over it and the bottom valve is fine but the plate gradually leans forward as it gets to the top. I've tried to push it back in but it keeps on leaning forward.
I have tried to Silicon it in place but it is not strong enough and keeps on pinging away from the tiles. Apart from standing there pushing it in at the top for 3 hours till it sets not sure what to do.
Is there a strong quick set grab adhesive that can be bought at Screwfix or B&Q that is suitable for tiles? The tiles are a bobbly mosaic effect so not flat, which I think if they were flat the Silicon may have worked.
Any help would be great as at a loss at the mo what to do.
Cheers
